(8193) Ciaurro = 1993 SF. Discovered 1993 September 17 at the Santa Lucia Observatory at Stroncone. Named in memory of Ilario Ciaurro (1889-1992), an art teacher and ceramist, but most famous as a painter. His favorite subject was Terni, his adopted town, and he loved using etchings, poems and stories to explore its innermost aspects. (M 33388)
